Black Persian

Persian Cat is one of the oldest breeds of domestic cat, its origins are obscure, but does it matter? The breed became popular in Europe at the end of the 19th century, and is still among the most popular breeds in the world.
The Persian has a uniquely rounded shape, with a thick woolly coat, short neck and body, stocky legs, thick bones, bushy tail and massive, broad head with small, tufted ears set low on the head. The thick fur has a dense, woolly undercoat.
It is docile, quiet, intelligent, aloof, gentle, easygoing, good-tempered, sweet-natured, affectionate and friendly.
Stragely enough, in Britain, different color forms have been separated as different breeds. Separate breed color clubs were established and the cats were treated as if there was much more than a colorgene difference between them. Can you imagine such a thing in human society? Then children from one family would not be considered brothers and sisters only because they have different color of hair and eyes.
Color forms: Practically all colors and shades, and patterns are accepted.
